So I tried something new, senior portraits! While I prefer lifestyle family photography because I love to capture stories and connection, I also really enjoy playing with light, which is what I got to do a lot of during Adam's senior session. I had such a great time and Adam was a natural in front of the camera. If I wanted him to smile, I just told him he looked like a model (which he did! - he pretty much posed himself). We got a great variety of shots. He runs cross country at Springboro High School, so of course we had do some athletic poses. We took some photos at the high school of him and his super fun Mini Cooper. From there we headed to downtown Springboro because fall was in full bloom and gorgeous in the quaint little downtown strip. We finished out the evening exploring light at Cox Arboretum. We even grabbed some shots with little sister (which of course turned out to be my favorite). It was a great first run at senior photography for me, I will likely do some more in the future. Here are some of my favorite images from Adam's senior portrait session.
